Description
Sr. Desktop Support Specialist; Robert Half Technology is currently seeking skilled Sr. Desktop Support Specialist for upcoming opportunities with various clients. Responsibilities include: monitor/manage help desk, help lower level techs resolve tech calls prior to becoming tickets, work on various projects to include PC moves, deployments, upgrades, installs, and troubleshooting desktop related issues. Provide technical support for equipment by installing/upgrading/troubleshooting and documenting hardware. Create/update process documentation and installation guides for hardware/software. Perform mass software deployments using SMS or creation of workstation hard disk images. Accurately maintain inventory database of all computers and printers. Ensure all computer programs in use are properly licensed, adhere to company standards and are operational and functional at all times.

Experience/Skills
Sr. Desktop Support Specialists must have 3-5 years experience in a related role. Must have excellent troubleshooting skills. Strong working knowledge of Windows 9X/NT/2000, TCP/IP, working knowledge of Active Directory, proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Must have an A+ and MCP or MCSA certification, NO EXCEPTIONS.
