This business model requires significant custom software development and depends on smart, resourceful associates that can learn quickly and wear many hats. Experience in one particular language is not as important as the ability to learn new languages and new technologies quickly.

Associates may be asked to work on cutting-edge Microsoft and Java technologies, but they will also need to learn and understand legacy software such as Cobol or Progress in order to engage in the larger Application Modernization efforts. Developers will work on web and desktop applications as well as contribute to the larger SOA middleware framework.

Requirements:

Candidates should have excellent base computer science skills and a good understanding of software architecture concepts and design patterns.
