GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

Trasys is currently seeking a Sr. Advisor for Websphere, WAS, J2EE development in Mason, OH. This position must have technical development leadership experience managing multiple projects in a highly complex middle tier environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Provide management reporting on scope, progress and issue management.

- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

- Performs a variety of tasks.

- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Experience/Skills
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- At least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

- May require an associate's degree in a related area.

- Direct development experience with IBM Broker, WAS, Framework environment is important.

- Experience planning, executing and technically managing projects.
