Description
  • Will take on the technical lead / architecture role for a group of 5 developers who are building web-based applications in a portal environment.
  • Applications cover all areas of company's business including marketing, sales, accounting, logistics, etc.
  • Will be the point person on technical issues
  • Will mentor developers
  • Manage time estimations and some technical project planning
  • Will review current development standards and practices and revise as necessary.

    Technical environment is C#, .NET & OOD.
  • Must have at least 1 year of C# and be fluent in Object Oriented development
  • Must be a hands-on leader, communicate very well (verbal and written) and have a stable work history.

  • A stable work history showing good career growth from software engineering to team leadership.
  • 8-10 years of Windows and OO development
