We are seeking a professional to join our marketing team as a Senior Graphic Designer in our Bethesda, MD headquarters.Responsibilities:-Create best in class user interface and business logic solutions for web based global business application.-Provide rich dynamic content and user interface controls to maximize end user effectiveness.-Provide consulting to business partners regarding requirements gathering to improve business process workflow.-Effectively use Microsoft and other technologies such as ASP.Net 2.0, .Net 3.0, WPF, Silverlight and/or Flash, WCF and WF, Adobe Flex.-Provide effective design and analysis artifacts to support the development process.-Provide thoroughly tested code to QA and final product.

Experience/Skills
Qualifications:Must have:-Minimum 5-7 years software development experience, Strong analysis and synthesis skills, self motivated, strong OOD/OOA/Service Oriented design skills, C# programming.Desired:-Rich and Web application design and development using ASP.Net, Knowledge of WinForms is a plus.-Excellent multi-threading skills, thorough understanding of Windows NT process model, .Net and ASP.Net debugging skills, AJAX development skills-Experience with XAML, Adobe Flex, Sliverlight, Adobe Flash is a big plus.-Scalable Enterprise level applications or services and multi-tier architecture using Microsoft Technologies.Bonus:ADO.Net, T-SQL development (SQL Server 2000/2005), design patterns, TDD
