Description
Sr. EDI AnalystWe are looking for a Sr. EDI Analyst to analyze, design, develop, implement, test and maintain all EDI processes and relationships using GIS and Linux. The desired candidate must be self-motivated, creative, passionate and able to fit into our fast paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

Analysis of external and internal data formats and protocols

Implement application process, development, and testing improvements

Identify and resolve day-to-day production problems and issues

Develop and maintain maps for trading partners

Develop, implement and maintain application software

EDI software maintenance (patches, upgrades, etc.)

Create preliminary and/or detailed technical designs

Experience/Skills
REQUIREMENTS

5+ years experience with EDI

1+ years experience using GIS 4.0 or 4.1 in a high volume environment using Linux

Experience with XML technologies including BPML and XPATH, as well as HTML, GIS Xforms, and GIS-Web extensions

Experience with security and encryption

Strong working knowledge of ASC Xl 2

Knowledge of FTP, HTTP, and AS2 standards

Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases

Experience in using source code control systems

Experienced in the design of graphical user interface
