Title: Senior EDI Developer
Location: Collierville, TN
6 months contract position
Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum

Essentials

* Will be working with Transportation and Invoicing

* Candidate should have experience working with Codes 858,110, and 210

* 30% Analysis, 70% Development

* Will be doing mostly EDI On-Boarding conversions hooking up systems from AIMs to PowerTrack.

* 6-8 Member Team size

* Will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle. He/she will have opportunities to gain large project experience and learn EDI/Mercator, MS SQL Server, Dot Net, COM+.

* This position gives an opportunity to work on a system that deals with billions of dollars of payments, thousands of companies and tens of thousands of users.

* Will be the key resource in EDI/Mercator/TX area. Will handle all Mercator/TX configuration and system integration related issues and will be responsible for designing and implementing highly available, scalable systems.

Requirements:

- BS in Computer Science or related discipline required.

- 6+ years in developing software systems

- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze technical information and work with a team spirit.

- Self-motivated with strong communication and written skills.

- Willing to learn the new skills required by the assigned tasks.

- Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills

- Extensive experience in distributed systems design, architecture, modeling.

- Must have EDI experience

- Extensive experience in Mercator Versions 6.7\7.5\8.0\8.1, Mercator Design Studio, Mercator Integration Broker, Mercator Commerce Broker, Mercator Integration Flow Designer, Resource Registry, Event Server Administration, Adapters, or corresponding components in TX8.0/8.1.

- Experience in Transaction Sets such as 858, 210, 110, 310, 315, 410, 997, 214, 810, 859, 811, 821, 820, 824, 832, 850 and other flat files

- Knowledge of communication protocols such as HTTP, FTP, VPN

- Knowledge of encryption/decryption of PGP

- Substantial experience and expertise in development systems with SQL Server.

- Need to have the ability to multi-task, and to be an excellent team member
with strong inter-personal and communication skills

Desired:

- Financial System or E-Commerce System development experience desired.

- Knowledge of DataStage SNMP Traps

- Excellent Knowledge in XML, MQSeries, Scripts

- Knowledge in multiple technologies/tools/languages such as C++, Java, C#, object-oriented technologies,

- Excellent Knowledge of applications/systems integrationdf-tc
