Description
Agile1's client near La Mirada, CA seeks a Sr. Electrical/Hardware Design Engineer for immediate hire. Please attach your resume in Word when responding to this job posting. Paid relocation is not available.

Required Skills:
**BSEE or BSME and 5+ years experience in analog and digital systems microcontroller based hardware design. Wireless & Fiber Optic networking is essential.
**Must be HANDS-ON individual theoretically and practically.
**Power supply design, AC/DC, DC/DC converters, Ethernet components is a plus.
**Fire Alarm equipment experience and/or related industry IS A MUST.
**Understanding of EMC hardware design techniques and experience with electronic design tools (Orcad, PADs) for board level schematic capture. **Design experience with ARM, PIC microprocessors is a plus.
**Extensive circuitry design experience with the ability to understand and work with the company proprietary communications protocol.
**Technical writing skills for use in products and instruction manuals, technical bulletins, design specifications, and UL, CSA and other agency submission documents.df-tc
