Description
Work on the cutting edge of ruggedized wireless communications networks while living in one of the golfing capitals. This client designs and develops highly sophisticated state of the art systems including advanced imagery software and multi-sensor integration to enable battlefield management systems. This position requires extensive experience leading systems level design/development, business development, product management, and program/project management teams. If you have recent (as in the last 3 years) working on DoD or HSD systems, hold a current or recent security clearance, and are able to pass EBI, and are a US citizen, this is a unique opportunity to advance your career. Responsible for providing technical leadership, defining technical strategies associated with business growth that enables profitable program execution. Coordinate engineering resources on proposal and project teams, as well as interface with customers in Product Management and Subcontractor Technical Management. Support the pursuit of new business through development of technical briefings, system design concepts, business plans and proposals. Participate in all phases of system development, including developing Operational Concept Models, high-level system architecture development, providing system requirements definition, analytical system modeling, and complex system integration planning and execution to support Battle Management systems. Provide leadership and expertise in applying systematic processes to Concept of Operation, trade study, analysis, design, implementation, integration and test activities. Requires and MSEE or MSCE with MBA and 12+ years of demonstrated technical domain expertise in Battle Command, military communications, control, and command systems, and full product lifecycle in systems architecture engineering. Previous technical leadership success on large system-of-system programs is required. Must be Subject Matter Expert in system requirements, systems design and development tools used in DoD service oriented architectures. These include FCS, CAC2S, M2C2, NECC, C2PC, FBCB2, TOC, AFATDS, ASAS, JSTARS CGS, DCGS, and C4-ISR You also need to be able to own and solve customer and “political problems” beyond your domain of expertise. Former Army or Military experience highly desirable. Company offers well above average compensation and relocation package with superb benefits.
