Description
Define and implement technical projects withinfacilities throughout
LA and the Phoenix area. Project manage all aspects of construction,
supervise contractors and ensure safe working policies and practices are
maintained during all phases of work. Required to work on energized
electrical equipment. Required to understand and analyze all types of
facility improvements including complicated HVAC and electrical systems.
Required to work with Engineers, architects and contractors to develope
sound construction practices. Required to co-ordinate work with peer
groups to include standards and procurement. Prepare project schedules
using compressed timeframes and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Responsible for fiscal success of the project. Administrative duties
include; MOP creation and subission, Project definition creation, Project
invoicing, resolution, reporting. SOW and PR creation. Required to travel
and work at any hours within a 24 hour window.df-tc
