Sr. Engineering Manager, C-People
An individual to lead a functional team of ASIC and FPGA design engineers that support various design and development projects, with an emphasis on programs being led out of the Dallas, Texas facility. This specifically includes programs related to International Software Defined Radio, Networking, and Cryptographic Modernization. The responsibilities of this individual will include resource management, monitoring, and mentoring of team members. In addition, the individual will have project management and design work responsibilities on varied programs. The individual must have a working knowledge of all areas of ASIC and FPGA development. These areas would include requirements capture, design partitioning, top-level and behavior modeling, functional simulation, verification, synthesis and layout. Knowledge of various FPGA suppliers and ASIC foundries along with a working EDA tool knowledge and the ability to design in VHDL is required.




Qualifications


Bachelors degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of specifically related experience including supervisory, management or project management. U.S. Citizenship is also required.
