SMARTSOURCE is seeking an experienced Helpdesk engineer to work within small / medium business network environments. The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in an exciting atmosphere with tremendous growth.


Job Type: Permanent
Salary: 60-68K a year DOE
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632

Helpdesk Engineer

Provided Support for Windows Based networks for small to medium sized businesses.
• Remote Support of Windows 2000, 2003, 2008.
• Support for Windows desktops, and 2000/2003/2008 networks and Servers.
• Troubleshooting, recommendation and implementation of backup solutions.
• Support of Exchange and Blackberry


Desired Qualifications:

2+ Years Experience with Active Directory
2+ Years Experience with Microsoft Exchange
Experience in Datacenter Helpdesk environment
Experience with Blackberry
Experience spam filtering
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Certifications are favorable
