Description
Must be a certified Nortel technician with 10+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing products in the Nortel suite of products including but not limited to Norstar, BCM, Option 11, 61, 81, Succession 3.0 Symposium/Symposium Express, Symon View, Call Pilot, ITG, Meridian Mail, Meridian Max, ACD, IVR. In addition, this position would require somebody that is proficient with PRI/TI installation and troubleshooting. Candidate will be expected to mentor and train peers, and act as a technical focal point for the team. Ability to troubleshoot and work with internal departments under stress is a necessity. Effective communication and ability to handle multiple priorities is a must. Job requires travel within service area which covers Los Angeles and Orange County with occasional work in San Diego. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and act as an ambassador in front of customers.
