Description
CDI is currently looking for a Senior Field Service Technician in Miami, FL.


Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance and repair on circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and motors in low and medium voltage power plants, switchyards and substations.

Experience performing Hi pot, Megger, Ductor, Power Factor, TTR, and Infared Scanning tests on electrical equipment rated 120V to 69 kV.

Must be familiar with IEEE, NFPA, and OSHA standards on electrical safety, design and maintenance.

Willing to travel 75 percent or more nationally and internationally as required.

Experience in the installation, maintenance, and startup of Drives and/or Programmable Logic Controllers is a plus.

Candidate will lead crew of electricians, technicians and labores in coordinated project work at customer site.

Comments Experience with AllenBradley PLCs a plus.

Fluent Spanish a plus.

US Citizen preferred due to nature of government support projects which require this.df-tc
