Description
Duties:
Oversee and take responsibility for the accurate and timely recording and reporting of US IS Finance numbers
In conjunction with other parts of IS Finance, ensure all significant variances are identified and explained
Coordinate the US component of the annual budget and plan, including inputting planning data in a common planning and reporting tool
Act as the principal liaison between IS Finance and the respective regional Shared Services Finance teams, to ensure that all financial reporting requirements are met (both theirs and ours)
Ensure allocations are properly calculated and reported
Collect, and review the forecast for US portion of the IS global forecast through use of a relevant forecast reporting tool
Preparation and review of US component of QPR packs, Group Executive IS Deep Dive financial information and any other supplementary financial reporting for IS
Preparation and review of actual, forecast, budget and plan data for US portion of IS management reports and ensure they properly represent the financial position of the function
Develop and maintain systems, models and procedures to identify and measure specific financial performance issues not covered by the standard management accounts
Undertake ad hoc requests, financial analysis and evaluation as required by the Head of Finance or the Reporting & Planning
Deal with ad hoc queries from Corporate Centre Financial Control and the regional Shared Services Record-to-Report teams
Identify any required system changes to enhance reporting of IS financial information
Support the implementation of IS Finances global operating model

Skills:
Extensive reporting experience is required - this will be more of a reporting role and less of an analytical position.

Sr level role, 7+ years of experience required.

Extensive hands on reporting experience with MS Excel and any PeopleSoft, SAP or Hyperion experience would be a HUGE plus

potential for temp to perm depending on the right candidate

Education:
BS or BA required in related fielddf-tc
