Are you an HP-UX Systems Administrator who is immediately available for a contract opportunity? If so, we have an opportunity for you -

Our client is located in Anaheim, CA and they are in search of a Sr. HP-UX Systems Administrator to install, configure, and support HP Unix based servers attached to an EMC SAN. Servers are RP8420 8 way and an RX8620 8 way, both running HP-UX 11.1 v.2.

Experience/Skills
Desired skills & experience:

--> 5 years experience in systems engineering in a large (100+ servers) data center environment
--> Knowledge of Unix, HPUX and Windows operating systems.
--> Experience with Unix and Windows scripting.
--> Thorough understanding of system and network security (firewalls, VPN, SSH), high availability and other administrative "best practices".
--> Advanced Unix/HPUX certifications preferred.
