Description
  • Provide clinical and quality domain expertise in support of Provider Transparency and Treatment Cost decision support solutions
  • Lead the definition/analysis and requirements gathering for clinical coding, treatment profiles and provider quality measures
  • Lead the development of implementation process related to claims data loads and treatment guidelines/protocol definition for consumer retail applications
  • Work closely with health plans, software development and professional services to define specific grouping logic for plan defined treatment profiles
  • Gather, document, and test requirements for data aggregation

    KEY SKILLS: Claims Data, Data Management, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Health Care, SAS, ETL, CPT codes, grouper logic and treatment guidelines.

    Experience/Skills
    REQUIRED:

  • BS/BA degree in the biological sciences or in the natural sciences / health care field or equivalent
  • Heavy data analytics
  • Strong knowledge of claims data
  • 3 years directly related data management experience or 4 years of health care or clinical research experience

    PREFERRED:
  • SAS
  • ETL
  • Detailed understanding of CPT codes, grouper logic and treatment guidelines
