Description
Our client, a leader in the Retail industry, is seeking its -future leadership.- Specifically, they-re looking for an extraordinarily talented I.T. Manager presently positioned to make a huge difference today but more to the point, to make an even bigger impact tomorrow. The incumbent will be groomed for advancement to Director level roles and but will immediately accept the mantle of Sr. I.T. Manager, Technical Services. The candidate will provide day to day management of the Technical Support staff, implement a variety of process improvement initiatives as well as develop the strategic plans for the future.

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multiple infrastructure services & projects concurrently
- Managing daily operations & activities of the Tech Services area (including Networking
Server & Mainframe Operating Systems, Client Device Support and Telecomm)
- Creating, maintaining and executing a strategic plan

As a result, we are seeking talented professionals that possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong enterprise level I.T. experience
- Process improvement background (ITIL, Standards, Development Methodologies,
etc.)
- Track record of promotion and movement within the enterprise.
- Proven ability to lead, manage and develop I.T. professionals
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans
