Description
As a Sr. IT Auditor, you will review IS/IT systems processes and general systems controls that support multiple systems, platforms and applications across the country. You will review and assess the adequacy of IT Security and controls to verify compliance with corporate standards and regulatory compliance. You will use established IT Audit processes, procedures and tools to review, assess and test information system controls and security at multiple business units. You will review the following: LAN/WAN, Wireless, VPN, Database Administration, Platform Security, Systems Development, Change Control, Physical Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Planning and more. You will assist with a diverse variety of corporate audit projects and initiatives. What makes this role different from a traditional IT Audit role is that auditors in this company are positioned to provide process consulting assistance in addition to reviewing existing system implementations, security, etc. Identifying process improvements is encouraged. You will have the opportunity to work with IT project teams at the outset of the design phase of new applications. Your role will be that of introducing proper security and compliance measures in the system development process. Your breadth of contact will include corporate executives, business unit managers, independent outside auditors and federal regulatory examiners. You will prepare and deliver detailed, neat and organized conclusions and recommendations. This company has a record of outstanding financial performance. Experience/Skills
BA/BS, Masters Preferred, 5 or more years of IT Audit, CISA (CISSP, CIA, CISM, CPA Prefered). Outstanding verbal and written communication skill. Excellent presentation skills. Experience auditing multi-platform environments including databases, ERP systems, Applications, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, Penetration Testing, etc.
