Fortune 500 Insurance Client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with strong IVR Systems Exp.!Consultant will be responsible for meeting with users/clients to gather business requirements then create technical specifications which are given to the development group, managing the QA process, etc.Strong IVR Systems exp. is required. Must also have Sr. Project Mgmt level exp managing an entire project lifecycle. Must be familiar with call routing and how call centers operate on a daily basis. Must have excellent leadership and communication skills. Should also have a good understanding of PMI and PMBOK.AETEA Information Technology,Inc. (f/k/a Spectrum Concepts) has been in business since 1979 and merged earlier this year with The Allegiance Group. We are an NAACB firm that provides I.T. consultants to the following clients: UBS, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank,Marsh, HIP, Citibank,Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers, Con Ed, ADP and Metlife. We currently have approx 120 consultants on billing in NYC and 575 company wide!
