Senior Info Assurance SW Eng - New Orleans LA area-Direct Hire - US Citizen required for Sec Clearance! Scope: Client has formed a proj concerned with the fielding of high assurance, cert Cross Domain Solutions components, consisting of composable component svcs, which will meet all requirements of naval netcentric warfare. Project will provide secur & info assurance aspects & needs of components. A svc-oriented architecture will be the basis for the components, both secur svcs & all other svcs, as fielded. The candidate will design, develop, integrate, test, transition & field secur components of this enterprise, components also known to support Netcentric Enterprise Serv. NCES is planned to replace DII COE. At a high level of abstraction, the CDS NCES is envisioned to be factored into Trusted Server, Trusted Path, &Trusted Client components. The main effort for this position will be concerned with the design, dev, test, integration & transition of trusted pathway & trusted client components. SW dev, integration, test & delivery will follow Open Source standards & methods to the max extent possible. A spiral dev meth will be used for tech transition /infusion. Qualif: B.S./B.A. in C.S., SW Eng, Elec Eng, etc. Exper: 8 yr sw dev meth sys arch design, & modern prog lang -C++, Java, SQL, OQL. Famil with Unix, Linux, & MS Windows Op sys. Knowl of high-level interface proto,-SOAP, XP, IIOP, RMI, IDL, etc. Knowl of COTS tech and prod,- UML, Transaction Enabled Middleware, RMI, Virtual Mach, & OOD. Knowl of Info Assurance & secur level protocols & interfaces-https, PKI, XSL. Exper with naval warfare sys architect,-Task Force Web, Web Enabled Navy, FORCEnet & DII COE is a plus. DAWIA Level III cert or exper with commer equival sw acquisition meth is desired.
