Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a temporary assignment with no guarantee of permanent placement. Enhancing and sustaining the DCL shoreside and shipboard environments; which comprises of office environments in Celebration, London, and Germany; Terminal Operations worldwide; a private island in the Bahamas; and 4 cruise ships. Partner with internal and external suppliers and service providers focusing on servers, networks, storage, telephony, and security.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
* Proven experience configuring and supporting HP Server hardware
* Proven experience with Microsoft IIS server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
* Proven experience with Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies
* Proven knowledge of VMWare virtualization products and ESX 3.5 (and above) servers
* Demonstrated proficiency supporting/troubleshooting Citrix Mtaframe environments
* Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas
* Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current Microsoft MCSE certification
* Current Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
* Proven knowledge of Cruise Industry operations
* Proven experience supporting geographically diverse/remote networks and systems
* Demonstrated proficiency with Ethernet network and wireless technologies
* Demonstrated proficiency with VOIP telephony system operation and support
