Company specializing in integrated processing and administration of healthcare programs, value-added services such as eBusiness tools, product development, education and consulting that improve performance and customer satisfaction, and provide selling support to help Plans acquire and retain customers is seeking a contract instructional designer for working with Sales organization.

Additional Skills:
- Strong curriculum mapping skills (examples required). - Knowledge of Organizational Development methods and practices (examples required).- Experience in creating/maintaining competency models (examples required).
- Candidates must have a portfolio (sample training documentation, curriculum maps, and competency models) to be considered for interview.
- Experience in product deployment/product life cycle process/software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated project leadership skills.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate product features, functions and benefits.
- Proactive and well organized.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.
- Experience with Frame Maker, Microsoft Publisher, as well as Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project).

Other Knowledge/Experience:
- Healthcare (HMO, POS, PPO)
- Knowledge of health benefits processing Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans nationwide.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (a degree in Instructional Design, or Organizational Development preferred)
