Position: Senior J2EE developer

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and detail oriented
- 12 years SW development Experience
- Experience leading and motivating team members
- 5 years J2EE development utilizing EJB and Struts
- Experience developing Web Pages utilizing JavaServerPages (JSP), javascript, AJAX
- Experience developing entire stack of J2EE technologies (DB, middle-tier, front end)
- Experience with ORM (object relational mapping) technologies
- Some experience with SQL and JBoss

Prefferred:

- Experience with iBatis and Oracle database server
- Experience with Wicket a huge plus
- Experience with Linux and development on a unix based system
- Experience with Eclipse IDE
- Experience with Ant and Maven build Scripting languages
