Qualifications include the ability to work independently and collaboratively, along with a minimum of 5 years of development experience, including development using the JDE OneWorld Tool Set. The qualified candidate will have solid programming and network knowledge along with strong communication skills in order to provide comprehensive technical support and guidance. Other skills required include use of the OneWorld programming toolset including Form Design Aid and Report Design Aid, experience creating and maintaining business functions, knowledge of the JD Edwards ESU process and retrofitting custom modifications, testing and supporting end users and use of Object Management Workbench. WEB Development skills are also preferred as the company will be exploring various WEB projects related to ERP. Experience/Knowledge in RPG would also be helpful.

Create and modify applications, perform Table I/O operations from an application, call standard business functions, identify, understand, and use the various form types and events that are available. In addition, provide and support various techniques for creating and modifying business functions, using JDE cache functions, and debugging. Be able to create interactive applications and, understand and create interactive applications that interact with a master business function. Must be able to write technical specifications and follow the direction of others in developing program code. Must be a self-starter for developing OneWorld customizations, and providing testing assistance to the User Community.

Edwards OneWorld Senior Developer to be a member of our clients development team working with enhancements, upgrades, on-going support, training, and new development in a JDE OneWorld AS/400/RPG/SQL Environment. The position will be an integral part of team, which will support and recommend and provide innovative solutions to support the strategic initiatives of the company through through a complete project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a key player in the analysis and maintenance of all JDE technical functions, especially those involving OneWorld/EnterpriseOne Development.
