*****************Location is in Southern New Hamshire*********************************Reply to ********************The overall project involves the customization and implementation of a commercial product. The commercial product is called Ariba. Ariba has a suite of products that revolve around Spend Management. The product runs in a WebSphere environment and uses an Oracle database. The client has recently installed the Buyer module which is used to procure goods and services electronically. At the products core is a workflow engine for approving requests or documents. The product itself allows quite a bit of customization. Much of the customization is done in Java. This next phase involves numerous enhancements that will require backend Java coding as well as some potential work to add Java code to provide edits and triggers to/on forms entered in the user interface. There are also some reporting needs. The work should go thru the end of the year.Skills (Java, SQL, Eclipse, Ant, Ariba). Strong knowledge of Ariba as well as knowledge of an Object to relational mapping tool like Hibernate.
