Our client is looking for a Sr. Level Java Software Developer to join their Portal development team. Selected candidate will be responsible for developing the backend architecture and writing highly scalable internal web applications using Java and JSP technologies for use on the corporate Portals worldwide.



You must have a solid background in JAVA programming and an excellent understanding of MySQL, TL, JSTL, JS, CSS, SOAP XML, and HTML. You will be responsible for developing and architecting through all phases of the front-end to the back-end development lifecycle. You will use your experience to work with team members to develop new portal features, as well as, enhance existing infrastructure and framework. You should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly.

--> 7+ years of experience programming with Java
--> 5+ years with Java Server Pages (JSP)
--> 5+ years experience developing custom Tag Libraries (TL)
--> 5+ years experience with JavaServer Pages Standard Tag Library (JSTL)
--> 5+ years experience with JavaScript (JS)
--> 5+ years experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
--> 5+ years experience with HTML
--> Strong understanding of MVC concepts
--> Experience in complex data models and an understanding of various user based security models
--> Expert knowledge of MySQL Database
--> Expert knowledge of Web Services & SOAP XML
--> Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
