Description
Dynamic Technology Solutions firm in Dallas has immediate need for PERMANENT Sr. Java Developer. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter, and will receive minimal instruction on routine work, and only general instructions on new assignments. The candidate will work with the Lead programmer and Project departments in coordinating task priority, and assigning tasks within the team.
Required Experience:
10+ years overall programming experience.
Minimum 7 years of Java experience
Minimum 3 years J2EE experience
Have a good understanding and solid experience in all phases of SDLC.
Have ability to see big picture and be capable of partitioning a complex system into small concerns.
Have strong analytical skills including troubleshooting.
Have a good understanding and experience in OO design.
Understand complexity of J2EE technologies, knowing how to apply them as well as when not to.
Track record of delivery projects in time with high quality.
Ability to influence team without having them as direct reports.
Be a team player while having the capacity to work independently.
Must have Good oral and written communication.
Must have strong knowledge of java and web development using STRUTS.
Must also have good working knowledge of database programming.
Candidate must be a career-oriented individual with strong communications and organizational skills.
Must be able to interact well with clients and internal business units.
