Project Description:

The MDR project will help to create a member data environment that allows Blue Cross and affiliates to:
* Integrate both internal and external member data across transactions and interactions
* Present internal and external stakeholders with just in time, relevant member data for transactions and interactions
* Create a single source of record for person data
* Migrate from a subscriber centric to a member centric model
* Establish new member data as business requirements demand

This contract resource is needed to complete the agreed upon milestones for this project.

Contractor's Expectations:
* Actively contribute to an excellent team environment
* Deliver solid, high quality code that implements the design specifications of the technical lead and application architect
* Work quickly
* Solid communication and team working skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Work with little supervision

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or 3 years of Senior Java /J2EE Development experience
3+ years distributed development experience
EJB's,Web Services (Weblogic Implementation a plus),
Understanding of a WSDL, XML/XSD, IBM MQ series
Oracle experience, UML experience, Unix experience.
