Sr. Java Programmer

Link Technologies is currently recruiting for a Java Programmer for a project in Carson City, Nevada. He/She will develop source code that meets client development standards, design documentation, create system function documentation and an implementation plan, as well as provide training.

The Consultant will be responsible for the following:

  • Coding based on client coding standards
  • Participating in Code walk-through sessions to ensure coding standards and design specifications are followed
  • Assist with the implementation plan
  • Assist in ensuring all coding passes unit testing
  • Creating documentation
Required Experience:

  • Consultant must have eight (8) years programming at the Senior Programmer Analyst/Team Lead level experience.
  • Must have successfully led a team which brought two (2) or more complex applications from concept into production.
  • Knowledge of eligibility processes is a plus (i.e Medicaid, Nevada Checkup)
  • Understanding of Employer Supplemental Insurance (ESI) also a plus
