Description
Job Description: The Senior Software Engineer will develop applications supporting client's suite of products. The Engineer will assist in the architecture and design of new products and modification of existing products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who operates well under minimal supervision. The person selected must have a strong ability to do product problem-determination and recommend the best re-factoring opportunities.
Essential Skills: REQUIRED:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and six to nine years experience in software design, development, and product support. This person must have experience on a team that has developed and released commercial enterprise software packages. Experience developing Web-enabled or Web-deployed applications is a definitely plus. Java / J2EE experience is required, in addition to at least 2 of the following areas:
JSP / JavaScript
Windows Server, SQL Server
EJB, JDBC, netbeans
JUnit, JDoc
UI design
Enabling technologies such as portals, search engines, BPM software, etc.

Experience in software development process and formal documented requirements are required.
Experience with BEA Weblogic and SOAP are strongly desired.
