One of the leading telecom companies in the Hightstown, NJ area has an immediate need for a full time Sr. Java Websphere Developer.

The candidate will complete Java/Websphere development Object oriented analysis and design. He/she will be conducting unit and integration tests, refining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding. He/she will also design, code, test, debug documents, and maintain programs.

Required:
. Java 1.4 & 5 / OO / J2EE experience
. Websphere 6.0/6.1 environment development
. Design Patterns (Model-View-Controller, etc.)
. SQL / JDBC
. JSP / HTML / JavaScript / CSS
. Source Control experience
. Effective and proactive communication with a variety of audiences
. Effective problem solving skills
. Ability to multitask and thrive in flexible environment with changing priorities
. Strong leadership skills
. Well rounded developer with knowledge of distributed environments
. Possess strong Java development skills and solid knowledge of database concepts
. Be committed to personal growth and to filling many roles within a team

. DB2

. Agile development
. Test Driven Design
. Ajax
. Prototype JavaScript library
. PVCS source control
. Paired Programming
. Proven success in an agile team; test driven design and paired programming successes
