Manage the project timetable.High level of communication with all team members.Balance resources between multiple projects.Providing positive energy and working hard to build a productive team.**There is a possiblity of contract to hire depending on the success of the projects.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of .Net, the Net Framework, VB.NET, SQL Server 2000.Thorough knowledge of COM/Active X, Client-Server n-tier development.Knowledge of Access programmingProven ability to deliver high-quality Internet products on a timely basis.Proven record managing a team of Software DevelopersDegree required, preferably in Computer Science or other technical field.Work experience in healthcare industry is a significant plus.
