We are looking for mid-senior level developer who LOVES programming!!

SKILL LEVEL: Long term contract to hire position, with the contract period usually lasting 6 =C3=A2?? 12 months.

This company also requires a personality test during the interview process to determine if the person will be a good fit. The best type of candidate for this company is a hard core developer who LOVES programming. If you are a stellar programmer and can do 100% programming with good communication skills, then we need to speak!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Candidate will work on in house development team to create software for internal use to support the client's business. The candidate will mostly have the users requirements gathered by a BA and provided to them, but sometimes they will have to work with the users themselves. The candidate will also be required to perform unit testing on his/her code. The main duty is development. This is from scratch development, not modifications/ enhancements to third party packages. It is a great environment for a hard core developer.

The main programming language used is C#.NET and SQL Server 2005 is utilized as a backend database.

PAY RATE: $30-35 per hour during the contract period, with a conversion salary range from $60,000-65,000.

Experience/Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 5+ years from scratch development - not just maintenance/ enhancement development =C3=A2?? overall experience
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 1+ years of C#.NET (VB.NET can substitute for C#)
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 1+ years of SQL Server 2000 or 2005 Database experience
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Must understand object oriented programming.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Must understand and have experience with software testing.
