Warner Bros. Entertainment Studios in Burbank California is expanding its SAP footprint and the Warner Bros. internal recruiting team is actively seeking individuals to staff over 50 positions for our SAP Supply Chain implementation - Project name -Vanguard. The implementation will support the Warner Bros. Home Video/DVD Production global business unit, the largest home video business in the world. We are currently out of blueprint and ready for phase 2, which means we are ready for the majority of the team to start.

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Sr. Management Reporting Systems Analyst for the MIS - WHV Service Management department.<>p>

  • This position is responsible for assisting with the SAP design, configuration, testing, implementation and documentation of the Warner Home Video Global Supply Chain initiative. Integral team member contributing in the design of SAP systems.
  • This includes translating business requirements into sustainable functional designs and documentation.
  • Ensures processes and supporting SAP system functionality can be adopted on a global basis.
  • Proactively shares SAP/business knowledge with others on the team.
  • Configures SAP and develop/ perform unit tests in accordance with project deliverables.
  • Executes comprehensive testing plans, collects test results and publish findings.
  • Manages tasks list, issue resolution, design gaps and project deliverables assigned.
  • Provides advice and guidance on approaches to best practice.
  • Integrates with other key groups to ensure SAP solutions are aligned properly to meet global business requirements.
  • Develops, maintains and publishes global SAP standards and guiding principles.
  • Responsible for the creation of configuration documentation, BPPs, conversion forms, functional specifications and all other project documentation.
  • Develops and conducts training & knowledge transfer to users.
  • Works independently or in a team approach.


    Experience/Skills
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or prehensive SAP Profitability Analysis (PA)configuration, preferably with the experience of both Costing based and Account based PA configurations. Working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing environment with multiple company codes, plants, warehouses, and currencies. Previous, proven reporting knowledge, including profitability by customer, SKU, title, and region. Intercompany processing, financial, product costing, profit center, and cost center processing knowledge is essential. Integration knowledge of Logistics processes and touch points. Exposure and familiarity with Business Warehouse (BW). Understanding of consumer products business process, including product costing and reporting. Familiar with application development and deployment life cycle and methodologies. Strong communications skills are essential; must possess an ability to write succinctly and make effective presentations. Needs to be highly motivated with excellent work ethic, energy, initiative and ability to work in team structure. 5-7 years of experience with the implementation of SAP FI and CO with a PA emphasis. Experience with at least 2 project implementations that span the full project life cycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation support. Global implementation work experience. Familiarity with media and entertainment industry. Successful record of interaction with clients at all levels - corporate officers, vice-presidents, directors, business and technology management. Must possess a customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, excellent project management skills, business systems analysis capabilities, and relationship management skills. Must have ability to collaborate with others on a global and local basis. Experience with the financial issues of a made to order, sub-contracting (MTO) business. Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.
