Description
Recommends and initiates new product and program development to meet revenue and profitability objectives. Manages the development and implementation of business development plans, strategies, and programs. Ensures implementation of strategies designed to support the business development plan. Develops and manages budgets and cost containment for business development programs.



Maintains close liaison with operating areas and serves as facilitator to ensure integration of programs within the institution. Also represents business development perspective on operating programs. Directs activity of staff to ensure quality of programs. Develops staff through a continuous training program. Develops partnership relationships to achieve program goals and objectives. Ensures that all initiatives support a consistent brand image. Performs other projects or special assignments as required.df-tc


Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and MBA
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting and/or financial services experience
  • Previous supervisory experience and proven relationship management skills
