Description
Kronos is seeking a senior manager to lead several small development teams engaged in the parallel development of technical frameworks across a matrix managed organization.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to help refine requirements, create schedules and plans, and act as the project leader for the software release. The manager must also have the ability to establish a healthy, energetic, and productive engineering team while contributing to and fostering collaborative cross-organizational and cross-functional teamwork. Experience managing third party relationships is highly desirable.

Technical skills must include an understanding of Java, JSP, HTML, RDBMS (Oracle and SQL Server), UNIX, Windows, and web application architectures. Requires 10+ total years of experience in software development, 5+ years of which must be as a manager. BS, MS, or related technical degree is highly desirable.
