Description
Level 3 technician involved primarily in strategic project work with some operational support activities. Knowledge of Exchange 5.5, 2000 and 2003, DNS and Active Directory. The work environment is fast paced, requiring a flexible schedule. Ability to work in a team focused organization, which is engaged in many diverse projects and activities supporting a dynamic company. Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to project managers, business liaisons and clients in a professional manner. Experience with Lotus Notes and Groupwise integration and conversion to Exchange 2003 is a major plus. Experience with Microsoft Office and Visio applications.

Rate of pay determined by experience.

Experience/Skills
Advanced level experience in Exchange 2000/2003 - Windows 2000/2003, as well SAN storage and design, server management and capacity management concepts. Thought and collaborative skills required with a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience with Exchange deployed in a mixed environment of centralized datacenter and remote locations.
