Description
Level 3 technician involved in both strategic project work and operational support activities. Knowledge of Exchange 2000 and 2003, DNS and Active Directory. The work environment is fast paced, requiring a flexible schedule. Ability to work in a team focused organization, which is engaged in many diverse projects and activities supporting a dynamic company. Must have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information to project managers, business liaisons and clients in a professional manner. Experience with conversions from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2003 is a major plus. Minimum Requirements: Advanced level experience in Exchange 2000/2003 - Windows 2000/2003, as well SAN storage and design, server management and capacity management concepts. Thought and collaborative skills required with a minimum of 2 years experience. Experience with Exchange deployed in a mixed environment of centralized datacenter and remote locations. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Rate of pay determined by experience.

Experience/Skills
Expertise in SMTP, Windows server environments, Exchange 2000/2003, IIS, DNS, and Active Directory as well as general networking knowledge and desktop experience is necessary. Desired Qualifications: The following qualifications are desired: Experience with legacy versions of Exchange, experience in large organizations and complex environments including multiple Exchange organizations, Active Directory forests, Exchange clustering with SAN attached servers, Lotus Notes messaging. Certificates/ Licenses: The following certifications are desired but not required: MCSE, MCP.
