Sr. Network Systems AdministratorLocation: San Jose, CA Description:Responsibilities:* Responsible for WAN/LAN administration, network security and data disaster recovery.* Provide network users access to network resources, maintain users account and systems security.* Provide technical support for in-house and remote users.* Test, evaluate and install related software and hardware products and make appropriate recommendations.* Manage, monitor, measure and optimize network system performance.* Responsible for operation of all company servers.* Participate in, and drive IS related projects.* Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs., and sit/stand/kneel for extended periods of time.* Will bend and reach with hands and arms to install computer hardware.Skills:* B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent. MCSE certification preferred.* Minimum five years experience in network and server administration role, and key project participation.* Strong experience with Lotus Notes, Sun Solaris, Unix, Linux, Windows NT(Active Directory),TCP-IP, DNS, DHCP.* One or more industry recognized certifications in MCSA, CCNA, CNE.* Proven LAN/WAN network experience including firewalls, VPN, VLANS, switches, routers, root cause analysis.* Working experience with Juniper SSL VPN.* Ability to perform on project teams.* Individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.* The individual should have demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiencydf-tc
