Warner Bros. Entertainment Studios in Burbank California is expanding its SAP footprint and the Warner Bros. internal recruiting team is actively seeking individuals to staff over 50 positions for our SAP Supply Chain implementation Project name Vanguard. The implementation will support the Warner Bros. Home Video/DVD Production global business unit, the largest home video business in the world. We are currently out of blueprint and ready for phase 2, which means we are ready for the majority of the team to start.

Warner Bros. Entertainment seeks a Senior Order Management Systems Analyst for the MIS WHV Service Management department.

  • This position is responsible for contributing the design, configuration, testing and implementation of order management for Warner Home Video on a global basis.
  • Assists in the design aspects of order management including translating business requirements into lasting functional designs. The design aspects include sales order creation, pricing, accrual generation, returns and refusals, price related credit and debit memo processing.
  • Supports the lead architect with the order management system design to ensure global applicability.
  • Develops comprehensive testing plans covering all order management process variants, collects test results, and manages issue resolution.
  • Provides advice and guidance on approaches to effective order management.
  • Develop, maintain and publish technical standards to be used globally.
  • Prepare and publish functional documents, including technical white papers, system requirement definitions, technical evaluation reports, systems engineering plan and operations readiness plan.
  • Work with Application Development, Application
  • Support, and service areas to assess, design and integrate new systems.
  • Performs other work related duties as necessary.



    Experience/Skills
    Minimum BS degree Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline preferred.
  • Experience with the pricing condition technique, formulas and exit routines, revenue account determination, rebate processing, order types, document copy control, info structures, document blocking and high volume order processing.
  • Understanding of key integration points including finance, profitability analysis and demand management.
  • Candidate must possess an understanding of best practices in order management for the FMCG industry.
  • Familiar with application development and deployment life cycle and methodologies.
  • Design Document/Specification writing, and Systems Design.
  • Strong communications skills are essential; must possess an ability to write succinctly and make effective presentations.
  • Java experience (using Netweaver) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of configuration experience in large-scale ERP applications working with the Sales and Distribution Module (SD).
  • Candidate should have 3 years of experience working in the consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with media and entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Successful record of interaction with clients.
  • Pricing, rebate and integration knowledge required.
  • SAP Certification is preferred in one of the following certificate areas: Solution consultant certification, Technology consultant certification, Development consultant certification, Netweaver design certification.
