Job Summary:
Primary responsibilities include supporting the day- to-day operations of several modules of the Oracle 11i E-Business Suite in a hosted environment. Includes working very closely with end users by being the functional area expert for the company's Oracle 11i Applications.

The Company needs a team player with strong communication & customer service skills with the ability to stay on task when working independently. Must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience required for this position:
* Oracle 11i experience required, 5-7 years experience with Oracle Applications.
* 5+ years of experience writing technical and business specifications, as well as 5+ years business analyst experience.
* BS / BA degree in Accounting and/or MIS.
* Strong problem solving, communication and organization skills required.
* Solid knowledge of flex fields, setup and profile options preferred.
* Experience with executing SQL queries and understanding the underlying structure of the most common Oracle Applications tables a plus.
* Oracle Workflow, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Discoverer Administrator and Oracle Alerts knowledge a plus.
* Demonstrated competency in verbal, written, and presentation communications and interpersonal understanding.
* Demonstrated ability to research and understand customer issues.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust
