Experience/Skills
Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience. Required Job Qualifications: This position requires a strong ADABAS and COBOL technical background, with the proven capability to lead teams that have implemented and supported complex Mainframe environments. Excellent people and communications skills are an absolute requirement.

Proficiency and experience in, as a minimum, the following mainframe programming technical skills: COBOL (batch and online), ADABAS (direct
calls), JCL, TSO, SAR, and related technologies. The ability, at a high level, to analyze requirements through reading of functional specifications and verify requirements with business users. Ability to document decisions thoroughly and write high level design specifications based on documented decisions and functional requirements. Work as part of a team, as the overall system is composed of numerous individuals and a complex architecture. Requires excellent communication, customer service, and coordination
skills.

Qualifications desired for this position:
Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience in Natural programming language. Understanding of client-server technologies such as JAVA and DB2. Two years in this role and you'll be positioned to handle any Mainframe challenge. This is an extraordinary opportunity coupled with an
