JOB DESCRIPTION/OVERVIEW:

- Responsible for supporting PeopleSoft Financials/EPM or HRMS functionality currently installed.
- Successful candidates will possess four (4) + years of functional/technical experience in support of either PeopleSoft Financials or HRMS applications and must have demonstrated knowledge in the following skills: PeopleSoft 8.x, PS Query, PS nVision, PS Security & Workflow.
- Candidates must have demonstrated experience in SDLC methods, fit-gap analysis, functional design, business process re-engineering, production support and upgrades.
- A Bachelor's degree in CIS or related field and completion of three or more training classes are required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, computer related field, or human resource related degree.
- Completion of three (3) or more PeopleSoft training classes, either technical or functional.
- Four (4) + years of functional/technical understanding and support of PeopleSoft HR/Payroll applications, including demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following areas: PeopleSoft 8.x - Human Resources,Payroll, Base Benefits; PS Query; PS Security & Workflow.
- Three (3) years system testing experience including demonstrated experience with Test Planning, Test Case Development, Test Execution, Issue Resolution.
- Three (3) years demonstrated experience in development of business requirements, product configuration, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation.
- Three (3) years demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering.
- Three (3) years demonstrated experience in application of formal SDLC methodology.
- Demonstrated experience with development of user-guides and system documentation, as well as fit-gap analysis experience.
- Demonstrated experience in production support and upgrade activities for PeopleSoft applications.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP).
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Workflow.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor, eApplications, and Benefits Administration.
- Demonstrated experience with configuring and using automated testing tools.
- Five years related experience.
- Completion of eight (8) or more training classes.
