Opportunity Summary
Our client seeks a hands on Sr. Product Developer, Java, to architect and develop our innovative software solutions. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing new software solutions in addition to maintaining legacy applications.
Job Requirements
· The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of professional software development experience in building distributed enterprise applications.
· Minimal 3 years of recent experience with Java in developing B2B and B2C type of applications. Integration techniques and good understanding on internet protocols a must.
· 2 years of building graphical user interfaces using modern web technologies.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define and resolve problems.
· Strong understanding of software architectures, software lifecycle methodology, and system development.
· Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies in addition to understanding existing legacy applications.
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Technology Requirements
Ideal candidate will have experience in most if not all of the following technologies:
Java/J2EE, JavaScript, AJAX, C++, Hibernate, EJB3, XML related technologies, Unix shell scripts, SQL, database technologies (i.e. Oracle Database, MySQL, etc)
