A major aerospace and defense company having a large division in Huntsville, AL, has an immediate need for a Sr. Program Analyst having a strong background with technical performance management, cost management and schedule management. This is a contract to hire situation. You must have senior experience applying the entire cost analysis process to develop, document and update various life cycle cost estimates (POE and BCE for example), and, must be capable of preparing formal cost estimate briefings to external as well as internal customers. You must be able to develop complete cost structures (WBS) and the cost element structure (CES) associated with a particular industry guideline. You will also utilize available cost data sources to identify, collect, classify, analyze and adjust financial and quantitative data. You must be able to get a U.S. government security clearance.
