JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for three Senior Programmer Analysts to augment their internal Information Technology staff to enhance and support multiple software systems.

Duties and responsibilities include:
--Person who is self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
--Will apply extensive knowledge of software architecture to do software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications.
--Build enhancements within existing software applications and envision future improvements to the architecture.
--Researches and evaluates alterative solutions and recommends the most effective approach.
--Act as a resource for other software developers
Requirements:
* B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
* 7 years of hands on software development experience using traditional software development life cycle methodologies (covering requirements, design, development, testing and Implementation of n-tier architecture) as well as more current methodologies such as Agile (RUP, XP, SCRUM, Iterative Development).
* In depth knowledge and work experience with C#, Asp.net, VB.Net , Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSL, XSLT,SQL Reporting, Stored procedures and TSQL.
* Good working knowledge of stored procedures, triggers and inline SQL statements - knowledge of creating and scheduling SQL Jobs.
* Good working knowledge on VS 2005 , VS 2008 Team server and .NET 2.0, .NET 3.5 framework.
* Extensive experience in software architecture and design in OO languages.
* Rich user interface design is a plus (ie using components Ajax technologies).
* Formal testing and software quality assurance experience including complete testing cycle (NUnit, application, integration, user acceptance).
* Experience in relational database design (primarily Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005).
* Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.
* Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.
* Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills/English Skills.
* Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Ability to provide leadership in designing effective technical solutions.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Ability to coordinate and work with different geographical location teams.
* Knowledge of Automating builds and agile methodologies.
* Mortgage Banking/Appraisal experience preferred.
Travel required is 10 to 25%.
