We have an immediate need for a Sr. Project Manager


Strong project management experience managing team members in a cross-organizational environment and a demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and control to a detailed work plan and staffing level plan is required. Candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with vendor(s), customers and with technical professionals.



Required:
-Experience and record of success managing application integration projects from requirements definition through deployment
- Experience with complex integration projects
- Individual must demonstrate strong initiative in achieving results
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) or HR personnel systems, and in working with SAAS (Software As A Service) applications would be a plus.
- Experience with the contractor life cycle from requisition to on-boarding to termination.

Behavior Characteristics:
Experience managing cross-organizational project teams and in dealing with managers within multiple organizations. High skill level in oral presentations, written communications, handling multiple priorities, and in conflict resolution.
