Local company seeks 2 Sr. Project/Process Analysts (Disaster Recovery Systems Coordinator) for permanent positions in a suburb of Memphis, TN. Positions require 5 years work experience in Information Technology or Business environment and experience in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity methodologies. Must have the following skills: Extensive Project Management experience (PMI preferred), Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, understanding of risk management, portfolio prioritization and contingency planning. Knowledge of the following is a plus: change management, network engineering, database management, and systems development lifecycle (SDLC). BS Degree (preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience).

This position will drive strategic business continuity planning for strategically select projects. The position will focus on dual data center Disaster Recovery Testing programs, Emergency Operations Center planning development with other divisions, earthquake risk mitigation and corporate level Crisis Management planning. Position will explore latest crisis contact technologies as well as state of the art multi data center disaster recovery strategies.
