Title: Sr. QA AnalystLocation: Foster CityPay rate: Market RateStart Date: Immediately End Date: 9/30/2005 Job Description: NOTE: THERE ARE 3 OPEN POSITIONSSummary: the manager is really looking for software developers with 5+ years of hard core development experience. Must know how to develop Ab Initio Graphs and be able to code in SQL and Java. Must be able to write and understand complex coding and be willing to do testing.Responsible for system testing, developing test plan, test cases and test scripts. Conducts full functional QA testing of complex applications, creates discrepancy reports and provides status of testing.

Requirements:

Skills and Requirements: 1. 5+ years experience in application/software development and system/unit testing in Unix (Sun or IBM) UDB DB2 environment. 2. Working knowledge of Ab Initio data processing tool is must. 3. Fair knowledge of J2EE technology and strong ability to write queries to verify data consistency. 4. WebSphere web application server knowledge and Quick Test knowledge 5. Must have Pro regression testing tool knowledge. 6. Good analytical skills with the capability of deriving and reporting on defect trends. 7. Candidate should possess a good technical and business understanding of applications. 8. Capable of handling multiple priorities while sustaining a high level of performance under pressure and excellent writing and communication skills required.
